What’s happening?

Hambleton District Council have committed £2.5m in order to revamp Hambleton Leisure Centre. Sport England is also providing £213k to the project. The purpose of the development scheme is to be responsive to the needs of new and existing customers to better serve the community in the future.

What does the project include?

  • New state-of-the-art fitness suite extension that doubles the current workout space and includes a toning studio, accessible toilet and changing area and 24 hour gym access.

When will the improvements be completed?

All facilities will be open January 2018 with some open before then.
